clarification on Appendix1 Question 4.9

clarification on Appendix1 Question 4.9

Hi All,
Need your help to answer the Question 4.9 of the "Earnings" section of Appendix1 .
Here is the question,

"Provide the full contact details that will allow each of these document provided to be verified if necessary. Please also provide here any additional information or explanation of the documentation provided, that will assists the entry clearance officer in their consideration of the earning being claimed"



So, Can I just give the company address?

eg: ABCD Company, Mg Road, Bangalore-10

Or

Should I mention someones full contact details( HR or Payroll or my manager etc..)

eg: Mr.Rajaram Mohan , HR Manager , ABCD Company, Mg Road,Bangalore-10 . Ph :000890098. Ext : 123

I assume that you would have given these details in Cover Letter And i would not mind giving the same details (complete details) here too.

If i were you, i would give the details in full.

No, I haven't added any contact details from my company in the covering letter.

I am confused whose details need to be given for the question 4.9. If i just give my company address & phone, and if there is any phone verification, it will reach the receptionist -:) . But, if I have to give a specific contact ,I am confused whose details need to be given ( HR manager or Payroll Department or My manager etc..).

Just seeking the opinion of the people who already got the Tier1.

Whoever can confirm your salary details. If possible inform the person to expect a call.

Give the name / board number / extension number of the person who is authorized (and taking care of salary issues) to give details w.r.t. salary details that you receive as an individual.
