a clarification regarding age please

My date of birth is 21 august 1980. I am planning to apply for Tier 1 general migrant visa on April 2010.
At the time of application i will be 29 years and 8 months.
Which band of age will i come under?
29 years and under or will i go to the 30 years band?
please answer.

I am not at all sure why this question keeps coming up on this board!

abhin, if someone asked your age, how would you answer? 29 of course. Is 29 < 30? Yes of course. Need I say more?
