Clarification regarding tier 2 ITC long term visa

Hi,

I am in ITC long term visa ( issued on 2012). I am going back on Aug end ( My visa is expiring). I want to know

1. Can I apply for Tier 2 general after going back to India? If NO why?
2. Can I apply for tier 2 ITC long team after going back to India? If No why?
3. Is there any possibility to get work visa after going back to India?
4. Is there any cooling of period? If yes, please give the details.

1. Yes, provided you find a sponsor who is ready to sponsor you. However, you will be subject to a cool-off period of 12 months.
