If Client address changed?

Hi all,
What if the clients of one's self employment business change address/Telephone no. and the applicant has provided the previous known address in the application form?Does the UKBA ask for verification of the invoices to clients at least by two ways?e.g.mail and phone,mail and e-mail,mail and fax etc.
