Clock for dependants of skilled works that naturalized

Under the new immigration rules (paper set out on 20/11/2025 in the afternoon by Shabana Mahmood MP), what happens in this scenario:

Someone that came on a skilled worker dependant visa, the partner then became naturalized but dependant stuck to their visa route to maintain the ILR clock? As far as I can tell - the document is ambiguous about them? will they be on the 10 years (subject to any reductions) track or the 5 years track for partners of British citizens?
