COA letter

I posted my EEA2 application on the 26th november 2010, I still havent received any information,COA letter, Why is this and is it normal? what can we do? :!: :?:

You can phone up their "EEA residency enquiries" line. If you've sent your application via special delivery, they can use the tracking number to see if it's logged on their system.
