Hi Me(Polish) and my Girlfriend(Japanese) applied for COA 5th of July,her visa gonna run out
31st of October.I know that usually you have to wait for certificate around 4 weeks,what gonna happens if we will have to wait longer and her visa will run out.Can she stay in UK or she has to go back to Japan and wait there?

My other question is if we will get married before her visa will run out and we will apply for EEA2(I think that is the proper one)for her to stay in UK with me as my wife,is she has to go back to Japan in that case or she could stay in UK during the waiting time for visa?

Please help us,I know that this information might be somewhere here but we haven't got much time.
