COA ..what do i need except valid visa?

hllo , im an internationa student marrying my british gf soon , i will be applyin for COA soon , i just want to know , that do i have to send my college letters ,attendance record to the HO or just my passport with a valid visa of more then 6 months , ure help wil be highly appreciated,,,
