COE for my pakistani born british daughter

My daughter is a British citizen born in Pakistan. We have applied for her first British passport from Pakistan, but the process is taking a long time. We were unaware of the Certificate of Entitlement for the Right of Abode (COE for ROA). I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and need to travel to the UK urgently, as most airlines do not allow travel beyond the end of the 36th week of pregnancy. Despite our efforts to expedite the passport issuance with the help of consultants, it appears it will still take some time. Given my situation, is there any possibility of obtaining the COE on an urgent basis? If so, please guide me on how to proceed.

CoE - ROA is faster, but it will still take a good few feeks, so plan accordingly. You won't be able to travel to UK with your child it seems.

Can you tell me how much time will it take for COE-ROA on average if applied from pakistan?
