CoE- RoA Application for child born in India

Hi Experts,

Im ever so grateful for this forum who helped me during my previous applications in the UK. I’m a Naturalised British Citizen via Tier 2 and currently living here in the UK, I have received my naturalisation in 2019 and my wife has Indian passport with ILR, my wife is planning to travel to india shortly to deliver the baby in Dec/2021. After reading other posts and looking at the guidance online and due to timelines I’m clear that easiest is to make CoE application for RoA as child is British by descent due to me being Naturalised British Citizen. I have few questions someone could answer for me please that will be really appreciated.

1) after reviewing guidance I’m little confused with actual guidance that I need to refer in my cover letter when making the child’s CoE application from India. I was particularly confused to find reference that says baby is British by descent due to being born outside UK to a naturalised British citizen?
2) is there a priority option for this application from India ( Bangalore)?
