College no longer in TIER 4 ?

Hello all,

I am querying in relation to one of my relative whose coming over to UK on TIER 4 (Student Visa)

She has got the visa for 15 months and the wanting to travel on 9th February. The college she had taken admission in has been removed from Authorize TIER 4 list earlier today.

As per the linkabove, it appears that she should not travel at all.
