Hi, I am completing my Level 7 Post graduate diploma and planing to start MBA top up course from April. I need to extend my Visa in August 2010 for two months to complete my MBA. I have a question regarding this:

What if when I extend my visa and by that time college is on suspension ? I understand that HO will hold their decision on my application untill the college appear again on register or removed permanently.

Suppose if college is on suspension at the time of my extension and the HO hold my application and in the mean time I complete my MBA, can I withdraw my application and apply for PSW?

Please provide me with some guidance. I shall be extremely thankful.
