Colombian Tier 2 traveling to Europe

I am a Colombian National living in London as a Tier 2 skilled worker. My sponsor company works a lot with corporate events and will want to have me traveling to events in countries in Europe such as Germany, Spain and France.

I understand that Colombians don't require a Schengen VISA any longer, but as this is a work-related issue I would like to ask about what the process would be, which documents need to be produced and make sure I have any other requirements covered.
