Combination TWES and WP

Hello All;
Help is most appreciated, I am planning to apply for ILR next year, but I need an advice if I am eligible or not. My history is as follows :

1 Year student visa
1 year TWES
4 Years Work Permit (Expires 2009)

My work permit states that I can apply for indefinite leave to remain after that period. Would that be enough ?

I think you may be based on being in the UK for 5 years; 1 year TWES and 4 years WP. Total of 5 years in the UK on a relevant permit.

I stand to be to corrected, but I think TWES work permits do not count towards ILR qualifying period.

Sorry, yeah I have been reading a bit more about the TWES and I think you could well be correct.

In this case abo_loai, was the WP issued for 5 years with this year being the 4th and next the 5th and last? If so then it looks ok....
