Android/window board application

Has there any new application been invented to access this board on android/window device instead web based. On phone even 5.0" inch screen always when writing then half page appear which make inconvenience :( . Reading is fine.

But when mobile version will start. I have tried many big screen phoned but same problem that half screen appear when writing but reading is always fine. Can this website viewed in old styled format which was before that format??
