Hi,

the hoops I had to jump through in order to create this account were incredible. Apparently both my DSL (TalkTalk) and mobile provider (GiffGaff) were IP banned. I mean seriously, WTF?! I'm sure you must have had some issues with abusive users, but banning all IPs from major ISPs means excluding quite A LOT of people. People who are in need of advice so they can be reunited with their loved ones.

I needed to get that off my chest.
