Sticky request

Hi moderator/admin,

I have created the following thread in HSMP form about the cover letters for the various sections. Inspite of many request from the members to make that sticky, i dont see any action taken on that.

I have seen many members requesting for these cover letters. So it will be very helpful for the members when it is avaliable as a sticky.
