Community Resolution Effect on Naturalisation

Post by burrito » Mon May 18, 2020 9:46 pm

Hello,

So a year ago I received a community resolution because I was smoking weed in a park.

I have no criminal records, but I am afraid this CR will have an adverse effect on my citizenship application. Two questions...

Should I mention this CR on the application? - It only asks for criminal records, although there is a section where it asks 'Have you ever engaged in any other activity that might indicate that you are not a person of good character?'

Has anyone had the same experience? If so, could you recommend a lawyer?

Any advice will be more than welcome.

Thanks
