hey all
i was just wondering if emails and phonecards wer enuff for the spouse visa my husband did not submit anything else apart from that and obviously photographs...
is this enuff?
im rele scared that it will get refused now :(

Emails might be , but phone cards not as you don't have itemized billing with these cards. You can call anyone, anywhere with these cards

Cant say for sure it will be refused,but chances are slimmer in it being accepted. Ideally itemised billing from own land/mobile phone would be helpful

its just that back in 2008 my bro applied and only submitted calling cards no emails no phone bills and it stil got accepted but i guess things have changed

Proof of contact; does this need to be for the entire duration of the relationship wherever possible or just snapshots (i.e proof of contact in recent months leading up to the application)?

Generally you should show proof of genuine relationship from the beginning until as recent as possible. But everyone's situation is different. For example, if you are switching from another visa and have lived together for a while, you don't need to show emails and phone records (as that wouldn't make much sense).
