comprehensive sickness insurance for EEA

I am a student, a Croatian citizen. We entered the EU on July 1st 2013th British government introduced restrictions for us. I want to apply for the yellow certificate to be able to work as part-time.

Do you know which is the best private health insurance to look for a home office, it must be comprehensive. I can not get a European helth card because I do not live in Croatia and that is why we need PRIVATE I COMPREHENSIVE NSURANCE .
