What you are referring to is the new Graduate route, it is not called PSW.shijinpeter wrote: ↑Fri Aug 20, 2021 6:02 pmSo, could you please let me know if my spouse applies for a PSW visa now, how it is going to affect my current visa status,
Your question is whether your T4 dependant BRP remains valid until its expiry date if the T4 student main applicant switches to the Graduate route.shijinpeter wrote: ↑Sat Aug 21, 2021 8:05 pmIf I am not applying as her dependent now, am I eligible to stay in the UK until October 2021?
it is CoS, not CASshijinpeter wrote: ↑Sat Aug 21, 2021 8:05 pmmy employer will get the sponsorship license in October and then they will issue the CAS and then only I can apply for the skilled worker visa.
She can work as per her current Student visa. So the employer may need to initially start her on a temporary contract, not permanent, but she needs to discuss the details with the employer.shijinpeter wrote: ↑Mon Oct 18, 2021 9:22 pmThe current tier-4 visa is valid till 31-Oct-21 and the graduate route visa is still in progress. Could you please let us know if she can work in the UK and how she can prove the right to work in the UK to the employer?
