Hi,
After chasing up my immigration case with the help of my local MP I finally got Notice of refusal from HO (Which I already knew through my MP) officially. With that they sent me form AIT-1 which says Notice of appeal to the Asylum and immigration Tribunal (United Kingdom). Now, as per the advice of my solicitor and advice from this forum I decided to go back to my country and apply for entry clearance as a foreign spouse. The form AIT-1 is not the appropriate and it says I had to fill in forum AIT-3 if I have chosen to leave the United Kingdom before excerising my right of appeal which I have. Now the question is,
1. Am I absolutely clear that form AIT-3 is the form for me? because it says overseas - non entry clearance.
2. in section1 c of the form AIT-3 its asking for Type of decision? Non-asylum or Asylum? Which section do I have to tick?
3.No where it metions about the information of me voluntarily leaving the country so how do I tell the AIT my intension of leaving? Do i have to write a covering letter informing about my intensions?
4. what happens once I send them the form? will they return my supporting documents sent with my original application?
Advice and comments are welcomed.
Thanks in advance.
