I have been reading posts from this forum which seems to be abundant with so much information. But unfortunately, the more i read, the more the terms confuse me. Im writing on behalf of my sister and here are some questions
She is an indian citizen (living in chennai) and is getting married in two weeks to a UK citizen. I was looking for the procedure for her to apply for visa so she can fly back with him after they get married. Im confused with so many terms i read here; spouse visa, ILR, FLR, settlement visa, Entry Clearance. Can someone please explain what the correct procedure is? If this has been answered before, please point me to the correct thread or let me know what i need to be searching for.
