Confused need help

Hi guys

Am in a bit of pickle . At the moment I am working for nhs on tier 2 general and they are offering me a band 6 secondment for 12 months.. It's good money but I am not sure if it ll affect my visa? Do I need to apply for a new cos or ll it be ok as I am working for the same employer and same job title might have a senior infront of it!
just don't want to be in the situation to apply for a new cos! Any advice ll be appreciated :)

Read "change in employment" to help you understand if you'll need to make a change in employment application because of this secondment.

Thanks sush clause 191 applies in my situation need not apply ... U r a life saver :)
