confusing

Hi,

I am planning to apply for HSMP by early next month, but i am confused on my past earnings. I am claiming for a period from Aug, 06 to July, 07. I was paid a part of my net pay for July, 06 in Aug, 06. The pay slip for Aug, 06 contains this details. So can i claim the Gross sal as per pay slip for Aug, 06 or should i deduct the net pay of July, 06 paid along with Aug 06 ?

Your thoughts please.

See if your coverage takes care of below things

1) out of this preiod there should not be any break in payslips.
2) You can use the part of net pay in July in August payslip as Gross for the month of AUG, but make sure you stil have a Payslip of the month of july which will show some Gross excluding the payment made to you in AUG

Ex: say you earned 20K INR in july & 20K INR in August.
Part of july 10K is not paid to you for some reason. Hence Aug should have 30K paid together.

so your claim should be as follows

1) July payslip reflecting 10k
2) Aug payslip reflecting 30K & also the bank statements

I am claiming 12 continous months from Aug 06 to July 07. And i will have the payslips and bank statements for all these 12 months. But i was wondering if i submit the July 06 payslip it will confuse the case worker as he might assume the claimed period is from July 06 to June 07 or he might assume that i am claiming for 13 months (July 06 to July 07).
Is it better if i only metion in the covering letter that the july 06 net pay was paid in Aug 06 in. And i am claiming for that as well since it is part of my Aug 06 pay slip.
