Confusion re English language test

Hi,
Can someone help re my doubt on English language requirements.
I gave IELTS exam in Colchester in 2007 when I applied for HSMP. I recd my PR in Nov 2009. Do I need to give the English test again if I have to apply for naturalisation.

My degree is taught in English but I dont have naric certificate to prove it. I used my IELTS certificate to qualify the english language requirement when i applied for HsMP.
Can i not use PBS as suggested in Q2 of this link ->http://www.immigrationboards.com/britis ... 98118.html

The PBS calculator no longer exists for this.
