Confusion of child naturalization Mn1

Hi There,
Hope you are well. just need quick help.

History:

Both of parents received their British passports last year after completing the 10-year route along children. I’m now preparing to apply for an MN1 registration for my elder child, who was born outside the UK while we got entrepreneur visa tier 1.

However, I’m a bit confused by a couple of points in making online mn1 application process:

Question 1:

Which option should I select when asked about the child’s circumstances? My child was born outside the UK at a time when neither parent was a British citizen.
(Please see the attached screenshot titled kid-mn1.)

Question 2:
After completing the application, there is a request for supporting documents. Are they asking for the parents’ passports from their home country?

Last one: Other - apply at the discretion of the Home Secretary
