Confusion statements

Post by markotsg » Tue Apr 14, 2009 3:49 pm

Hello the following is the rule for Maintenance funds

What the documents must show
If you are applying from within the United Kingdom, the balance must show that you have had at least £800 in your account at all times over the three-month period.

For applications made either in the United Kingdom or overseas, all evidence must be dated no more than one month before the application is submitted.

Does this mean the following , If I apply on 25 May, I can submit statements from 1 Feb-1 May (90 days) and my last statement 1 May is 24 days old and this meet the guideline?

Do I have to get the letter to cover period from 1 May to 24 May???

Please assist
