Consent letter

Post by winners » Wed Jun 11, 2014 1:31 pm

I sent my signed Consent Order letter to Tsol barely a month ago after I agreed to withdraw from Jr for reconsideration but today when I phone the Upper T for update to double check if Tsol have file for it to be seal, I was told they haven't receive any such from Tsol.

Could anyone with similar issue suggest what I could do at this stage.

Or is it normal for Tsol to take their time before filing the Consent letter?

Please kindly make suggestion as I'm representing myself

God bless

if you have it in writing from tsol that sshd undertakes to reconsider in case of withdrawal, you can file an application to court directly, stating that you are withdrawing in consideration of SSHD's undertaking to reconsider, and enclosing copy of that letter

it is your representation to the court that you are withdrawing the case, tsol cant withdraw you application for Jr for you, they are literally the opposing party

Thank you for the suggestion

According to the letter writing to me Tsol was requesting me to withdraw which they copied also to Court, and After I might have signed and dated the letter ,I think they still need to signed on their own and as they
promised they have to file the Consent Order in the Court sealing
