Continuous period in UK for ILR :

I have question Regarding my Continuous period clause , I am here in tier -1 general visa since 2010 , I will explain below my complete history , please go through it and help me .
Please share template for this , do I need to provide any proofs/reason for these travels , as none of this leave were more than 180 days in any continuous 12 months .

Initial entry to UK after 84 days of visa stamped , within 90 days I guess this will not be counted as absence , do I need to provide any reason for this ?
Initial Tier1 visa approved date : 06-Oct-2010
First entry to UK (London): 28-Dec-2010

73 Days in 2011 as explained below (although these are much less than 180 days limit per year , do these too many short trips will create any problem )

These 2 short trips to Cyprus to serve my Notice Period , do I need to mention that this is to serve notice period or simply mentioning vacation will help do home cross check each travel details .

22 days in 2014 ( personal leave , trip to home India ):
Left UK :01 March-2014
Back in UK : 23-March-2014

22 days in 2015 ( personal leave trip to home India and last one for Vacation in paris):
Left UK :01 May-2015
Back in UK : 18-May-2015

Left UK :16 July-2015
Back in UK : 19-July-2015

Do I need to prepare similar detail for my wife as well , she on dependent visa
