UK Contractor>>Extension

Hi Guys
Gud to see many helpful postings in the forum...

I have a query

I am working as a contractor in UK from last one year. I came to UK in 2006 (HSMP Old rules).My friend is doing my billing..I am paying proper taxes and he is running PAYE, VAT and filing company annual returns issed Pay slips and P60

the only problem is he doest not have a office phone number,web site(office registered at home address). In this situation how to manage?
Will they compulsory need a web site and Telephone no?

How HO is going to verify in UK? will they see my tax details from HMRC?
How they will consider my case?

Please advise me...Senior guys in this forum please post your opinions...it will be useful to many people who are doing contracting

I come across this forum very recently...
Honestly i dont have much experience in immigration...I came to UK on HSMP done by an agent in India with out any issues...did not come across any issues to share my gud/bad experiences....

with half knowledge it is not correct to advice and play with some body life and career

Hope you agree with me....As new to this forum hope you understand and help....

I am sure i can share my experiences in cming future...

As the company is registered with companies house, HO can easily find out. They just need the registration number. Anyway, you have all payslips, p60 forms.. which are enough. Company dont need to have website or official telephone number. It needs Registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, etc.
