Hello!
I just wanted to ask if, as far as you are aware, in the Home Office they accept documents (my international marriage certificate in this case) written under the convention of Paris of 27th September 1956 relating to the issue of certain extracts of acts for the registers of births, deaths and marriages, to be sent abroad. I applied for a residence card for me and my husband who is Mexican (forms EEA1 and EEA) and I sent them a copy of my marriage certificate in Italian and an international copy written in different languages (English as well of course). Should have I enclosed a translation in addition to the aforesaid documents?
Do you also know if the presence of an official advisor assisting you and the OISC Registration Number reported on the section 1 of the application might accelerate the process?
Thank you again for your help!
