Convert from ICT visa to visitor visa inside UK

Hi All,

I am currently on an ICT visa and in UK, since my visa is getting expired by end of this month and couldn't get any sponsorship jobs would like to be in UK for couple of months to visit rest of the places in UK before returning back to my home country.
Is it possible to convert from ICT visa to visitor/tourist visa within/inside UK. Please advice

This is not possible.
You can’t switch visa inside the UK.
Certainly not for a visitor visitor for which you have to show that you will leave the UK on expiry!
And visitor is not allowed to use visa to reside.

But in case if i show the flight return ticket since i am planning to extend only 1-2 months for writing the exam and for processing canada visa - so if i show case these can i still cannot apply for visitor visa inside UK. Or is there any other alternative visa.
If it is still not possible then can I apply uk visitor visa - from US - wherein i have b1/b2 visa by using a representative i.e. my brother.

No, you cannot apply for a visitor visa within the UK.

You would have to find another visa you qualify for but there is no such thing as a Bridging Visa giving you a short term stay.

You have to be IN the country where you apply for a visitor visa. You cannot ask your brother to apply on your behalf because you have to enroll biometrics and submit your passport. Such a quick application for a visitor visa will almost certainly be refused if you have had a recently expired work visa.

You cannot game the system to suit you. You must leave the UK by the latest, the last date of your current visa.

And to apply visa, you are expected to do this from a country where you are a citizen of/home country or where you are a resident or have long term visa which is not a visit visa .
