Convert Tier 4 to Tier 2 dependent

Hi
I came to UK on student visa in September 2015 for a Masters program in a University for one year duration. My husband has work rights for one year on his current dependent visa. He has received a job offer and the company is willing to sponsor Tier 2 visa. He told me he is eligible to change into this category from within UK. Can I also apply to change from Tier 4 to Tier 2 dependent from within the UK.
