Converting Work Permit to HSMP

Hi All,

I am currently on a work permit and planning to get into HSMP. I am scoring exactly 75 points right now. But I have few doubts so please clearify them.............Recently I read that there will be new rules in place so does that affect my application?.................shall i apply for HSMP now or shall I wait for the new rules to be introduced?.............Also, I have work permit whcih is valid till 2009 but i m bit scared of my employer that is why I am planning to switch to HSMP Is it safe to do so?

Please provide me guidance.

Yes, its better to be on HSMP rather than WP. You would hve full access to UK business market.

New rules that have been recently announced are almost same as of existing rules. So you can apply when you have all the documents ready.
