does UKBA accept certified copies of the documents by a solicitor or they only accept it through NCS?

Thank you very much for your reply. I have to send my licence but I can't send the original. I ll get it certified. Thanks again.

Yes I have read quite a lot about 14 years cases and have spoken to couple of solicitors and I am a bit more optimistic than I wa before. Still it's a 50/50 but I am going to take that chance. I have to ask them exercise their discretion and hope for the best. In any event my illegal period isn't Down to my own fault so I am just gona take the plunge and apply.
