Corraboration of Earnings

Post by sam_omelo » Mon Mar 14, 2011 10:47 pm

Hi All,

I have been refused Tier1 on the basis that my Earnings do not corraborate,
I had provided
1. P/L For my Company ( Iam the sole Director)
2. Letter from my accountant
3. Business bank Statement.

I have an appeal now soon and would like how to prove my earnings.

I have made a summary of dividend now from my accountant.
Proof of dividend:
a>£ xxxxx in my Personal Account by Internet Transfer
b> Cash
c> Personal Loan Paid Off from business Account

The above 3 ( a,b & c) is on Accountants letter head. It sums up the Amount of my total acount.

Is this OK especially part c.

Please help.

Did your bank statement showed the full 40k transaction happening as required for HSMP. I think in the above 3 its better that you attach your yearly bank statement which shows that you have 40k worth of transaction happening (thats if you are applying under TIER 1 self employed category), accountant letter is not enough from what i have heard. BTW this is Irish forum, you get better advise here ... http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewforum.php?f=2
