to be much clearer...what is the real intent so that the correct address given:

1 - 1st time HSMP application
2 - FLR (extension)
3 - request for a review

thanks a ton markie...but will you help me with one more thing...

in the hsmp form they are asking for " any previous home office number"
Now do i have to mention my old ref no. ???
is thr any problem if i dont write it ??
and even if i write it will it effect my new application...???

please help with this....really...tensed......

you can write down your first HO reference code...

it will not create any problem with your current application as they (HO) will only focus on your current application and its supporting docs.

I for one had the same problem (2nd appli as my previous one was incomplete in terms of doc support...basically I spoon fed all the info in my next application and guided the caseworker throughout my application).

don't be tensed as they |(HO) will likewise be able to trace back from their system that you've already applied previously....

normally you'll have your prev refernce number but with a "-2" at the end ...to reflect that its your 2nd appli

just ensure you have all bases covered... :D
