correct application date for SET(M)

Post by archaegirl » Sat Jan 18, 2020 1:18 pm

Hello,
I am on the spouse visa 5 year route.
my spouse visa was issued on the 14 January 2015(33 months valid until the 14/1/17)(there was no 30 day vignette with it). i entered the uk (with my British husband, who helped me pack up and tie loose ends :)) on march 17,2015.

i applied for my Flr(m) on the 25th of September 2017 and received the letter from HO on 8th of November 2017...and my BRP wass issued on the same day and is valid until the 27th of May 2020.

I may assume that I can apply for my Set(m) on February 18/2020 as that is 28 days before my 60 continuous months in the UK date of march 17,2020?
I hope I've done the maths correctly :) thank you in advance for your help :)
