Correction in COS issued

Hi,

I have been working on Tier 2 ( ICT) and planning to Switch JOB with New Employer in TIER 2 ( GEN) category. They have issued COS for me, but with a mistake . they have mentioned Hours of Work :50 /Week i/o 40,. With this Avg salary calcute less then AVG mentined in Code of Practice. Now they are saying they will add a note to COS. Please advise such notes work or not.

They should do, but they have to make the note before you use the certificate.
