CoS and BRP/Visa end date mismatch

Dears,

i would like to get your advise on the following, i have skilled worker visa which expires in Jan/2025 however recently noticed that CoS provided previously for the current visa is having End date as 19/Dec/2024. so my question is
Am i allowed to work for the employer who provided the sponsor even after 19/Dec/2024 as my visa is valid till Jan/2025?
when should i make the visa renewal application before the CoS expiry or visa expiry?
would it break my continuity in UK by any means if i submit the renewal application after CoS expiry?

The relevant is the visa (BRP) expiry date. A new application should be submitted by/before that date and you can work for your sponsor until then.

There is no break in continuous residence. The CoS dates are irrelevant.
