CoS Delayed and No Updates

Hello,

How long does it take to get a undefined CoS issued, please?

My employer (a licensed sponsor) applied for CoS on 15 October. They informed me that it will take "around 10 days" for it to be issued, however, it has been 18 days today and HR still have no updates.

Has anyone been through a similar situation or know anything about CoS issuing time frames?

My current Visa expires in 2 weeks and I am really stressed out as I don't know what to do if I don't get the CoS in time.

If they have an undefined CoS allocation available the CoS can be assigned to you immediately. If they don't have an available CoS allocation they can apply for one through the priority service - 5 working days turn round time. cost £200. The standard service can take much longer.
