Cos Expired... but leave to remain till 2012 ??

A Tier 2 worker was issed a CoS and then applied for VISA. Permission to remain till 2012 was granted.

However now a few months later, the CoS is now showing as expired?? Is this normal?

CoS is valid 3months from the day it is issued and in your case since you used it for Tier2(G) Visa and your visa is approved.. it is fine.. as now the CoS should be showing USED or expired.. it is fine
