COS granted, Update the date of start job

Hi there,

We just got yesterday a decision from Home Office with COS granted.

We applied the DCoS on 06-05-2024 and we put the date of start the job on 01-07-2024 for 5 years.

However yesterday 03-07-2024 we got the granted CoS.

So before we assigned the CoS to the employee, can we update the date of start the job for next month?

So the employee when he applied the visa he won’t face any problems ?
