Hi,

I am filling out a child-dependent application. There is a question about evidence of maintenance funds.
I will be submitting my spouse's bank statement as evidence for a maintenance fund. I will be using the same for my child as well.

Should I say Yes or No to the below question or should my spouse provide a consent letter?

Consent for the home office to request verification checks for joint accounts or third-party support
Are you relying on evidence from someone else to prove your financial circumstances.?

There is a downloadable form for the declaration of third-party consent.

Definitely you can check and book for another date. If it allows you to withouth cancelling existing appointment, can also check if able to amend the appointment for another date to book all together.
Which service provide lr are you using...VFS?

Booked an appointment with USCIS in the US and selected a document return courier service from VSF Global to deliver the passport.
Will check the other dates. Will it be an issue if the main applicant and dependants submit applications in different dates?

Just checked no option to change the date. But there is an option to cancel the appointment.

If you cancel appointment, that's lost and may not getbit again.
Could be better to keep appointment and book another date for dependent. Not submitting all together on same day won't be an issue.

There should be no issue about that. The details you gave were as per arrangement at time of application.
If possible do have evidence of the new place/permanent accommodation at hand when you are entering UK.

Just received a message today stating that “The processed visa application is dispatched via the provided UPS shipping label” . The application was received on Nov 29 2023 at UK processing centre . I am confused will they process the application so soon in 1 day . Not sure if approved or rejected until I receive the courier . !

Congratulations on that. Note that all BRPs expire on last day of 2024 ,new system to prove status will be rolled out.
