Hi my current tier2 general visa will be expiring on 20th June 2015 and i need to apply for extension. currently my employer don't have any remaining COS to assign. but my employer send a request for increase in COS allocation on 18th March. nothing happen since then. Our annual allocation of COS will be expiring on 05th April 2015.

I'm a bit concerned about this and would like to know whether with above facts am i save? does my employer need to do anything else to expedite the case?

please advise.

As long as ur sponsors license us valid they should be able to allocate cos in next year's allocation.
shouldn't be of any concern unless u are worried abt surcharge and fee increase
