COS- Work permit 2008

I applied for the work permit in 2008 and didn't require a COS at that time.
How would this affect me when I apply for ILR in 2013.

Please advice.. :roll:

You have to choose the closest match from the COS table. At the same time, you salary have to be same or higher than the amount set for that particular COS.
