Hard to sponsor K1/K3 visa to USA unless ur quite well off.

Need to earn more money I'm afraid at both ends.

Her family members will not be able to sponsor you. She can sponsor a K-1 Fiance visa for you and if you get it you should enter the US and get married within 90 days and apply to adjust your status. If you marry outside of the US she can sponsor a K-3 visa for you and you can enter the US and adjust status. However, in both cases she will have to file an Affidavit of Support to show that she can support you financially. The only alternative is to have someone in her family to also file a joint affidavit of support along with her.

Else, you should try to get a green card on your own. One way would be to see if you can get employment in the US and ask the employer to sponsor you. Another way would be the green card lottery.

To clarify: if the petitioner (sponsor) does not meet the financial requirements, any LPR or US citizen living in the US can be a joint sponsor.

that's exactly what the sister of a friend of mine did. her fiances dad was able to sign the papers for sponsorship and now she is 2 weeks away from getting her green card application.
