Council tax and Tier 1 extension

There are few months last year which are not recorded at the local council for my stay in one of the previous addresses. I started paying tax for a later date; so I did not declare myself for few months after I moved in.

Since I have to put my previous address on the application form, the dates of move in/out, Is there any impact on my Tier 1 extension application?

Note that all my accounts are cleared and no outstanding balance is remained on my name.

Please advise.
