Am I count as a OS if I withdrawn T1 application

Hello friends!

I had applied for t1 after visa expired but within 28 days.

Visa finished in May 2013. And application withdrawn in march 2014. Then as we did not have valid visa they retuned our passport to local volientory departure team. Then we left uk without deportation or any mark on passport.

Now my question is can I apply again in uk or in Europe?
If I apply in Europe do I need to tell them this story?

Also I will have reissue passport as current one is expired. So in other country, they won't see any stamp of other country. Still I will need to say that I was in uk and returned.

Plz plz help me with this query.

You will have to provide all your previous passports along with your application wherever you are applying. This is a requirement not your choice.

You better apply in the country you are residing in now.

Ok thats one thing.

What about OS (over stay)?

it only matter for UK visa applications as they hv ur information..................its nothing to do with other country's immigration system.....u don't need to mention it if u applying to another European country unless they specifically ask in visa form abt ur previous immigration history
